Product Description:
Heat Soak Oven includes Furnace Body, Air Blower System, Heating Section, Control System, Total 4 parts. Outside of the Furnace Body is all Carbon Steel, Inside is made of Best quality Insulation Material. And The insulating material is coated with galvanized steel sheet. The door of the furnace is a manual single door structure, there is a glass trolley inside the furnace, the trolley will be pulled out manually loaded glass and then pushed into the furnace. It has some Circulate air ducts which are provided at the top and side of the furnace. The circulating air duct is a side-wall and up-down structure which can use to clean the broken glass at the bottom of the furnace and inspect the electrical heating elements installed in the top air duct. The fan system includes a fan, a suction pipe and a blow pipe. The electric heating elements are the stainless steel armored electric heating tube, which are installed in the air duct at the side of the furnace. The control system includes the fan control part and the temperature control part. Temperature control adopts automatic control. The control box is mounted on the side of the furnace body.
Application:
After tempering process, glass will possible to break itself even in the absence of external forces,which is caused by tempering process itself.Tempered glass self-breaking comes from NIS.In heating section under tempering process, this NiS is high-temperature state(a-NiS).But in urgent cooling section, such a-NiS has no enough time to change to low temperature state installation using.this change from a-NiS to B-NiS will expand volume, which breaks stress balance inside of glass,and cause it self-broken.
Heat Soak Oven is one of support facilities of tempering machines.After tempering process, put tempered glass into the heat soak oven for detonation test and remove residual NiS,detonate early tempered glass which has self-explosive hazards,wich can avoid self-broken after glass installed and used.This improve more securities for building glass.Such kind of machine is with computer process-inspection control.Curvature real-time display and data can be saved and recalled freely.
